Western medicine practitioners, registered Chinese medicine practitioners and related institutions are welcome to apply. Submit the online application form, or download the PDF form and return it to the secretariat by email.

How to Apply

  1. Check category & eligibility

    Review the membership categories and eligibility requirements to confirm the category that fits you.

  2. Submit your application

    Complete the online application form, or download the PDF form and return it by email.

  3. Council review

    The secretariat verifies your details and the Council reviews the application; we will contact you if supporting documents are needed.

  4. Confirmation

    You will be notified of the outcome by email; once approved, follow the instructions to complete your membership.
