Event recap

In June 2025, the Association hosted a joint clinical seminar on integrative aesthetics, attended by around sixty (sample) Western and Chinese medicine colleagues. Built around challenging cases, the seminar had Chinese and Western medicine speakers analysing the same cases side by side, demonstrating cross-disciplinary collaboration in practice.

Session highlights (sample)

  • Case seminar 1: Chinese and Western medicine treatment options for facial pigmentation
  • Case seminar 2: managing delayed reactions after injectable treatments
  • Round table: when to refer, and doctor–patient communication

Feedback

Participants widely agreed that discussing cases together helped them understand the clinical reasoning of the other discipline, and hoped the seminar would become a regular event. A photo gallery will be uploaded later.
